How do I know if I need coaching or consulting?

Coaching is best when you want a thinking partner and accountability as you lead the business. Consulting is best when you need outside expertise to analyze, design, or implement specific changes. Many engagements blend both: we may start with a diagnostic and roadmap (consulting), then continue with monthly coaching to help you implement the plan.

What does a typical engagement cost?

Once we understand your goals and scope, we will provide a clear proposal. Strategy intensives are usually a fixed project fee. Ongoing coaching is typically a monthly retainer with a defined session cadence. Advisory and implementation work is scoped and priced based on complexity and expected duration.

Can you work with my existing accountant, bookkeeper, or internal team?

Yes. Some of the best outcomes happen when we collaborate with your existing advisors. We will clarify roles and communication up front so that everyone is working from the same picture of the business.
